As a team based salon, we have a responsibility to inspire and motivate our team to be passionate advocates of our culture, which includes teamwork & continuous education.

Although not required in the industry, Raychel has implemented a comprehensive advanced teaching program that all team members participate in (weekly, monthly & yearly), as a condition of their employment.

Raychel and the master team oversee the academy program, so all hair services are delivered with exceptional quality, as our stylists add to their mastery in haircuts, color formulation, event styling & hair extensions.
